Terms of service for Bright Star Inventory bookings.
These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Bright Star Inventory.
Bookings
- All appointments must be confirmed in advance with full property access details.
- A valid contact name, property address and preferred inspection date are required to confirm a booking.
- We will confirm appointments by email or telephone.
Property Access
- Full access to all rooms, storage areas and outside spaces must be provided at the time of inspection.
- Where access is not possible, affected areas will be noted in the report.
Reports
- Reports reflect the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection only.
- We do not report on structural matters, concealed installations or items not reasonably accessible.
- Reports are prepared to be accurate and impartial and are not intended as a survey or valuation.
Cancellations
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
- Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a charge — please contact us to discuss.
Liability
Bright Star Inventory takes care to produce accurate reports. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We accept no responsibility for decisions made by third parties in reliance on our reports.
